Please note per Iowa Code 29C, each governmental entity must be represented by the Mayor, Sheriff, and Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors or their primary designee.  In budget matters, that designee must be an elected official from that entity for to have a right to vote as per Iowa Code Chapter 29C (2012).  It is important that if the regular members of the Commission cannot attend this meeting he or she must communicate with their alternate designee to represent their entity at this meeting.

The public is always urged and welcome to attend this meeting.
